Form several groups with 4-6 participants Take three A4 size paper Cut the A4 Size paper vertically into more than four equal-sized parts. Groups of 4-6 participants Take a minute and come up with a common object (Office equipment) Other groups can ask 6 questions to get yes or no answers Groups should guess the name of the object 10 minutes will be given to discuss GUESSING GAME

CORRECT Double-check grammar, spelling, and punctuation before communicating. Verify facts and sources to ensure accuracy. Use reliable language and avoid exaggeration or misinformation. Seek feedback or proofreading from others to catch errors.
COHERENT Organize ideas in a logical sequence Use transitional phrases to guide the audience through the message. Connect related points Ensure consistency in tone and messaging across communication channels.
COMPLETE Include all relevant information necessary Anticipate questions or concerns the audience may have and address them proactively. Provide clear instructions or next steps Offer additional resources or references for further information.
