The most successful decision-makers

experience alone;
They have a systemthat they work
through step by step.
This system is called:

REMEMBER

•To achieve your goals.
•To avoid mistakes.
“No one makes the right decision every time. But by
developing your decision-making skills, you can increase
your success rate!“
WHY DO WE NEED TO

several promising solutions into one

QUALITIES OF A GOOD
DECISION MAKER

Case Study on Decision Making
Train Track and
Children

The story given here is quite
interesting
and
really gives us an insight into
DECISION MAKING
Introduction

Which one will you choose?

track.

Which one will you choose?
The train came, and you were just beside
the track interchange. You could make the
train change its course to the disused track
and saved most of the kids.

Which one will you choose?
However, that would also mean the lone
child playing by the disused track would
be sacrificed. Or would you rather let the
train go its way?
Let's take a pause to think what kind of
decision we could make................

Which one will you choose?
Analysethesituation………….
Thinkandreflect…….
Decidedyouranswer!!!!
Now…goahead

Which one will you choose?
Most people might choose to divert
the course of the train, and sacrifice
only one child. To save most of the
children at the expense of only one
child was rational decision most
people would make, morally and
emotionally.

Everybody makes mistakes; that's why
they put erasers on pencils
Don’t be afraid to make decisions
