2. Communication : Communication is simply defined as the giving , receiving or exchanging of information , opinions or ideas so that the message is easily understood by everybody involved.

3. How technology affect communication : Technology affects communication by making it possible to work closely with clients who may even be on the other side of the planet. It is possible to communicate with clients by using apps such as Zoom,Google meet etc.

4. Effective use of Technology in Communication: Technology in communication has both positive and negative impacts/effects. For better or worse , technology affects communication because it is a part of our everyday lives. It impacts us the way we work, entertain ourselves, and stay in touch. These positive and negative effects are given in the next slide.
