Iggy is an Igorot from Ifugao. His parents are farmers. His tribe is known in the world because of the well-known hand-made Banaue Rice Terraces .
Their first language is ayangan or adyangan and their second language is Ilocano.
On weekends, Iggy helps his parents in planting some vegetables on the side of the rice terraces. They also take care of some native chickens and they feed them with rice seeds and vegetables.
They also harvest some honey from the bees who loves to eat nectar from the flowers on their garden and from the orchids hanging on the branches of the trees . They use protection from mosquitoes when they are working around.
They sell the vegetables and chickens in the market on Saturdays to have money and buy their needs for the family. Their cow who loves eating healthy grass carries the vegetables and chickens in going down the terraces.
Before going back to their home, they buy fish for their dinner.
