Introduction Electronic pills is a capsule shaped electronic device that can be easily swallowed by any normal patient As our body is a sensitive system. Many times doctors can not easily find some minor diseases inside the body. To overcome this problem Dr.Eric Johnessen and Prof. Jon Cooper led to development of electronic pills in 1972. It is developed on the basis of nanotachnology

Working It is medical monitering system. It works under Wideband technology. Electronic pills consist of 4 parts. The pills are swallowed and after completion of mission if comes out through bowel movement. Size:- 16mm*55mm Weight:- 5grams Records parameter like body temperature, pH level, conductivity & dissolved O2 in real time .

Parts

Usage Core diseases Hospital usage Effort hyperthermia Prevent hypothermia Performance optimization Clinical reasearch Choronology Sports Medical Research

Advantages It is being beneficially used for disease detection & abnormalities in human. Small size,so can move easily through digestive system. Accurate ,precise and effective. High sensitivity, Good reliability & Life times. Very long life of the cells(40 hours), Less Power, Current & Voltage requirement(12.1 mW , 3.9 mA , 3.1 V) Made of bio-compatible material, doesn't cause any harm to the body.

Disadvantages Expensive Not reusable Difficult to control camera behavior

Limitation Cannot perform radiation treatment associated with cancer & chronic inflammation. Micro electronic pills are expensive & are not available in many countries. Still its size is not digestible to small babies. Cannot detect radiation abnormalities.

Conclusion Visually examine the digestive tract wirelessly Data rate capacity of 100 Mbps A high-capacity radio system is currently necessary Current designs show the technology is still in its infancy, mainly due to the small size requirement. Recently, it is manufactures by BODYCAP company in France. And had a partnership with European countries.
