PITCH TIMBRE RYTHM TEMPO HARMONY MELODY DYNAMICS

TEMPO  The speed at which the notes are being played or pace of a given piece.

RHYTHM Is the pattern of regular or irregular pulses caused in music by the occurrence of strong and weak melodic and harmonic beats. Simply put, rhythm is that music component that makes us move, or even just tap the foot, when we listen to a song

PITCH  Pitch is the quality that makes it possible to judge sounds as "higher" and "lower" in the sense associated with musical melodies.

MELODY  The sequence of notes being played by each instrument. Some argue that it is the most important part of a song.

HARMONY  The relation between the different notes played by the different instruments. Essentially, harmonies must be created in such a way that no single note feels out of place.

TIMBRE  Refers to quality of the sound being produced. For example, a violinist can change the tone of the sound by using a different bowing technique.

DYNAMICS  Refers to the modifications applied to the music. For example, crescendo: is a gradual increase in the volume.
