1. 67 yrs Alex no work smoker for 40 yrs ( 1p /d ) Complaint: HOV since since 2 yrs No Aspiration since 6 months No Dysphagia to solid since 6 months stridor since 1 months

2. PMHx: HTN ,IHD BA on inhalers PSHx : PCI since 2 yrs no stent not compliant on AC Condition started 2 yrs with HOV DL + Biopsy in 11 /2021 (no available data) receivd 2 RT sessions 4 CT sessions last one 2/2022 Pt presented by mild stridor since 1 month so DL+ biopsy +tracheostomy was done
