1. Eminem’s real name is Marshall Bruce Mather’s the third. Eminem was born in October 17, 1972 (he is age 38 right now).he was born in saint Joseph, Missouri U.S. Eminem sings hip hop he is also a rapper record producer. He is an actor and song writer he started singing and acting in 1995. Eminem wasn’t really a big hit UN till 1999 then he became famous fast from his new album. That album was named the slim shady EP and that album won a Grammy award for being the best rap album. After that album he came out with a new one called the Marshall Mather’s LP and that became the fastest selling album in the U.S. history that album brought Eminem’s popularity huge. The first three records Eminem put out won Grammy awards. The slim shady LP and the Eminem show. And that made Eminem to be the first to win best rap album for three consecutive LPS. He then won another award in 2010 for his new album relapse and when he won that that gives him a total of 11 Grammy awards. And in 2003 Eminem won the academy award for best original song that song was called “lose yourself” Eminem sold an album called Encore in may 15 2009 and that made Eminem the best selling artist of the decade. Eminem sold over 80 million albums worldwide. Making him one of the best selling artists in the world. In 2010, Eminem released his seventh studio album Recovery. It became Eminem’s sixth consecutive number one album in the U.S. and achieved worldwide commercial success charting at number one in several other countries. It stayed at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart for five consecutive weeks and a total of seven weeks. Recovery was also reported by Billboard to be the best-selling album of 2010, making Eminem the first artist in Nielsen Sound Scan history to have two year-end best-selling albums. Eminem was ranked 71 on the vh1 100 greatest hits of all time. He was also ranked 82nd on the rolling stones magazine chart of the 100 greatest artists of all time. He was also named the best rapper alive by the vibe magazine in 2008. Eminem had 13 number one singles worldwide. Eminem’s albums, the Eminem show, Marshal Mather’s and Encore and in order they were ranked 3rd, 7thand 40th bestselling albums of 2000-2009 decade. Two of Eminem’s albums are among the best five selling albums of the 2000s. Another thing about Eminem is that he has sold more than 33 million track downloads and 39.9 million albums in the united states alone. In 2010 MTV rated Eminem 7th biggest hit of pop music history. During 2010 Eminem's music generated 94 million streams that are more than any other music artist.

2. Eminem’s life Marshall Bruce Mather’s (III) is Eminem’s real name his mother’s name is Debbie Briggs Mather’s and his father’s name is Marshall Bruce Mather’s (II). Debbie was only 15 when Eminem was born. Not long after Eminem was born his dad packed all of his stuff and left no one has seen him since. Eminem had a harsh life. Eminem moved around to different houses a lot and that means he went to a lot of different schools. His mom finally stayed in a house in Detroit. And when this happened Eminem was only 12. All the schools Eminem went to, he only stayed in them for around 3 months a time. Well Eminem was in school he got bullied a lot and soon after the people that bullied Eminem got dissed in public in one of his songs. Eminem passed in school all the way up to grade nine after that he failed that grade 3 times in a row and then Eminem decided school wasn’t one of his things so he dropped out. So he went and practiced rapping Eminem started lip singing when he was four. When Eminem was 17 he was starting a name for himself and so he used the first initials of his first and last name so M&M so later on it turned out to be Eminem. Eminem tried to get a carrier in rapping but he got rejected by a lot of people. To prove to everyone he was good and it was a bad choice to turn him down he forced himself to go on the radio and rap battle. So in 1995 he sold his first album and it only sold around 1000 copies. That same year his high school girl friend now wife gave birth to his child and her name was Haley Jade Scott. That was the time Eminem was in the most need for money he had no job no money and he need to support Haley and Kim his wife. So in 1997 he participated in the rap Olympics in la and who ever won got a 1500 dollar reward. But after all of his work raping in it he lost but a good thing is that a couple producers noticed him and found his demo CD. Dre got a hold of Eminem and wanted to work with him so he got Eminem a hit album in 1999 named The Slim Shady EP. In 2000 Eminem came out with another album called Marshall Mather’s LP It featured artists such as Dre , Snoop Dogg , X Zibit , Nate Dogg , D-12 And beautiful dido. And so he got his third album out that sold over 8 million hits. Well Eminem’s albums where selling good him and his wife where not doing well. Because couple weeks after the Marshall Mather’s LP came out he got into a fight and he pulled out a pistol and wiped a guy with it. So that same year he got sentenced 2 years of probation and was weapon charged. All from a guy kissing Kim his wife so after that he was filing divorce papers but he didn’t get divorced for Haley’s sake. But that only lasted a few months then it was Kim that was wanting to get divorced. In 2002 he got out in the world and started acting and his first movie was 8 mile. And 8 mile was about Eminem’s life. When 8 mile came out his 4th album also came out and that one was called “The Eminem Show” and that had one of his favorite song on it it was a song just for Haley she was the only girl in the world he had respect for.
