8. What EndNote can do ?! Insert a citation, create a references list, More than 4000 referencing styles, Add ‘’n’’ number of references, It can remove and change the order of citations, It can add a suffix to any citation. Let’s try it

9. What EndNote can do ?! 7. if you are sending your document to some one else, you can convert your citations and references to plain text (this will help you avoiding any confusion or conflict with other EndNote versions or styles) Let’s do it

10. Let’s go back to EndNote Interface On the interface you will have your bibliography list displayed. You can sort it in many different ways (by Name, By title, By year …etc.), Let’s see it

19. Let’s check the PDF & Quick edit window Attach files to a particular reference, you can see and read the attached document(s), you can search and highlight words, you can add comments , the modifications are directly registered on the original file. Let’s check it

21. Let’s try the search option - With the search option you can search in your whole library using many characteristics. Example: (year),(author),(title),(journal) … etc. - The main advantage of this research is that it can be saved and re-used whenever needed. Let’s take a look at it

22. References update Reference may change … For this purpose we may use the update references option ( internet is required ), If your references are updated nothing will change Demonstration !

Groups Use only one library and create groups in it, A Group, is a library inside a library, Great group according to topics, Add articles from the “All references” to the groups (by adding or dragging), If you delete a group it won’t delete the references from your library. Let’s give it a closer look !

24. Smart Group A smart a group allow you to automatically add specific references to a group, base on a multitude of parameters you define. This smart group will be continually updated. Let’s see how it work !
