At the end of 2023 around 770 Finnish companies with over 7500 sites and 151 municipalities and joint municipalities had signed up to voluntary Energy Efficiency Agreements 2017–2025. Saving measures they implemented in 2017-2023 generated annual energy savings of 14.8 TWh.

Close to 27,000 energy efficiency improvement measures
implemented by the participants in 2017-2023 reduce Finland's total
annual energy consumption by 14.8 TWh. Of this 10.4 TWh is related
to final energy consumption. The savings equal to 4.0% of Finland's
total energy consumption in 2023.
In addition, annual energy saving from customer advice services is
around 1 TWh.
