Which of the items can be counted? Which of the items can cannot be counted?
Count nouns are nouns that can be counted. Examples: book glass banana plate tree shoes clothes monkey store pillow truck child
Mass nouns are nouns that cannot be counted. Examples: sauce blood water oil dust coffee gas butter sand oxygen syrup hair
