Capital letters When should we use capital letters? Write a list in your notebook of when we should use capital letters to refer to in the future if you need to.

Exclamation marks can express excitement. How many words can you think of to express how the children feel about their new puppy? Write the words in the clouds. Draw more clouds if you need to and don’t forget the exclamation marks . After you have written these words include them in a sentence.
