3. Guidelines to the Project Read the literature Conduct interviews with a few neighbours/acquaintances regarding the Champaran Movement . For the interview, the questions will be framed based on preliminary background. The students will write an essay up to 1000 words on his/her research and submit. Viva will be conducted on the research project.

4. Project – Portfolio Report The project - portfolio file should comprise of the following: Cover pages with the title of the project. School details. Details of the students. Index Acknowledgement. Statement of Purpose/ Objectives/ Goals Certificate of completion under the guidance of the teacher. Materials such as questionnaires for interviews, written assignments, essay, survey reports and other material evidence Report in 1000 words Student/ Group reflection. If possible photos to capture the positive learning experience. List of resources/ Bibliography

5. General Guidelines The Project should be done very neatly, following all the guidelines to the lees. The journal sheets should be used to write the project. The paper should be of same size. The project should be handwritten. The templet of the cover page, index and completion certificates will be shared. The print out of these templets should be used for uniformity. The Project file will also be given from school. The hard copy should be submitted and on time . The submission date is 8 th of July. Take care that all the resources used during the compilation of the project should be filed as evidence.
