These documents are external document such as Local Purchase Orders. Once received, clerks would create Sales Order in the ByDesign system using the Purchase Order as reference. It usually means manually entering all the details, copy and pasting different information. Because of the manual steps involve, the process is also prone to errors and incorrect/ missing information getting entered into the ByDesign System Solution Description By leveraging the capabilities of Intelligent Robotic Process Automation and AI Document extraction services, Sales Order creation Bot would take the Local Purchase Order from the User Workspace (The Local Purchase Order would be automatically downloaded into the User workspace by Download Attachment Bot ). It would then call the AI-DOCX Service and submit the PDF document to it. The DOCX service would in return send the json file with the extracted Fields from the e,document . 18. Conversational UI – How it works … Conversational interfaces use Natural Language Processing (NLP ) to allow computers to understand, analyze and create meaning from human language. Unlike word processors, NLP considers the structure to human language (i.e. Words make a phrase, phrases make sentences which convey the idea or intent the user is trying to invoke). The ambiguous nature of human language makes it difficult for a machine to always correctly interpret the user’s requests, which is why we have seen a shift towards Natural Language Understanding . A chatbot is composed of two main elements: Skills and a training dataset . A skill is a block of conversation that has a clear purpose and that your bot can execute to achieve a goal. You need to configure these skills to build the scope of your bot. A training dataset is composed of many sentences organized into intents that represent what users say to your chatbot.
