Geographic Input Because the objective of this project is to identify differences
and similarities between world news sources and domestic news sources with the

section) attentively illustrates what region(s) of the world each news source

Discovering the Main Cause of Global Warming Upon researching the causes of
Global warming, it was discovered that humans are the main cause of global
warming which contributes to the rising average global temperatures. The theory of
global warming was originated in the late 1850 s by a scientist named John Tyndall.
Tyndall discovered that some gases block radiation, and trap heat on the earth s
surface. He then suggested that the accumulation of these gases to a high level,
causes climate change. Current research shows that global warmingis caused by the
high levels of carbon dioxidereleased into the atmosphere by humans. Smoke
produced by factories, vehicular exhaust, and the burning of fossil fuels such as
coal in power plants are the primary sources of carbon dioxide. When carbon
dioxide is released into the Earth s atmosphere, it steadily accumulates because it

At first glance, the concept of death seems simple; one tries to live as long as
possible, and when the time comes, he goes. However, there is much more to it than
that. There is everything that leads to a person s death and there is the aftermath. In
her article Losing Matt Shepard: Life and Politics in the Aftermath of Anti Gay
Murder, Beth Loffreda talks about the outcome of a gay young man named Matt
Shepard being murdered, and how he became lost in the wake of the movement that
followed. Similarly, Jon Krakauer retraces the story of a young man named Chris

The most intriguing, and challenging to understand, aspect of a person s death is
his final thoughts. That is one bit of information that is impossible for someone to
find out no matter how he researches. A person s final thoughts are the most
complex because they are the accumulation of all of one s life and decisions. One
can only wonder what regrets the deceased came up with or what they might have
wanted to do differently. The little details are often the most challenging to gather,
and even when they are gathered they can still be difficult to understand. The
experiences one goes through in life can be hard for another to understand if they
have never been through a similar experience. A challenge arises for writers to try
to comprehend what the deceased experienced in life, and then to convey it so
their readers can understand it as well. Even if immense description is provided, a
reader might still not be able to imagine what a certain experience is like. For

Trench Warfare
British and French troops served in World War One at the western front, in
trenches that were built by these troops as well as 140,000 men from neutral
china, who were known as the Chinese Labour Corps. It would take 6 hours for
450 men to make approximately 250m of trenches, which were about 1 to 2 meters
wide and 3 meters deep, per night. They were of a zig zag shape, so preventing the
enemy from firing down a straight length of trench, which were about 2,490
kilometers in total. The conditions in the trenches would have been very significant
to the soldiers, as they were the main feature of trench warfare, and I will discuss

Graves had lived in a bad physical and mental state after the war, and went on to be
a poet and writer, inspired by Siegfried Sassoon, a famous poet who had also been
suffering from severe mental health illness due to the war. In the source, he writes

Water Polo is not an easy sport. And honestly, I kind of randomly picked the sport.
When I first started I barely knew what Water Polo even was, I had nothing to
compair it to and no expectations. I started to play Water polo in my Freshmen
year, not knowing what I was jumping into; I didn t know what swim sets were, I
could barely swim, and I was very out of shape. But I also meet some really amazing
people, they were the main reason I stayed in the sport.
I became friends with a fellow Freshmen on my team, she had being playing club
Water polo for a long time before joining the Southridge Water polo team. She really
helped me in my performance in games; she worked with me on my shooting, leg
work, and just the basics in general. But she wasn t the only friend I made on the
team; I got to know some Seniors who were really nice. One of them even gave me a
crown that said Varsity Water Polo 2016 . When she gave it to me, I asked, Is this
one of those Burger King crowns? and she replied, No! I got it .. from the crown
store! Nevertheless, that is still one of my favorite memories. It was just so
random that I loved it, and still remember it to this day. Another Senior was really
tall and really nice, she always asked me how I was doing, and was always ready to
give me hand. At the end of the season it was really sad to see them have to go, I
didn t see them at school very much, so I really only saw them at practice, but I won t
forget them anytime soon.
I definitely wasn t the best player on the team, and I m still not, but I did have
some shining moments. Like the the first time I made a goal. Now that I think
about it, I think the only reason I was able to get that goal was because. I was the
only one on the other side of the pool, so when Water Polo is not an easy sport.
