DEVELOPMENT MODEL /FRAMEWORK

METHODOLOGY Strategies of Implementation The main proponent of this program is in partnership with ATML 334, and possible external benefactors. The Student Council will play a part in the collection of data, particularly donors (students) and beneficiaries of the said program. Each College shall identify less fortunate students and the better-off classmates may contribute any amount to help buy prepaid load and give to those identified classmates in need. Faculty members may also contribute. This project needs coordination from the College Deans and Campus OSDS to guide and coordinate with USSG Officers to do the listing of recipients and donors. The listing will be done in a word/excel document.

METHODOLOGY Strategies of Implementation Identifying the donor and his/her chosen recipient as well as the amount to be given. The list will be forwarded to the College Dean for documentation. The turnover can be done virtually by the donor and beneficiaries at their available time starting on the official launch of the project. The program will be guided by the hereunder guidelines: The Load Assistance Program is open to all bonafide URSP students enrolled in Academic Year 2022-2023 A total of twenty-five (25) slots will be allocated, with seven (7) slots for Year Level 1, and six (6) slots each for Year Levels 2, 3, and 4. ( Note : An increase in financial support will result in a proportional growth in level allocation.)

METHODOLOGY Strategies of Implementation Interested applicants shall notify their USSG College representative / accomplish available Google application form. The USSG / USSC shall, in turn, submit the list of identified beneficiaries to the OSDS Head/Coordinator. An email of confirmation will be sent to the applicants with an attached Google form. The confirmation email will be sent 12-24 hours after the last day of the application form with valid requirements. A total of P200 (per month) will be given to each beneficiary. The load distribution shall be done virtually every 16th day of the month starting the month of August.
