Personalized Career Guidance IPM is a highly distinctive and lesser-known career option in India. This fact demonstrates that the students enrolled in IPM conducted extensive research prior to selecting a career path and were well-informed about the various options available to them. They can share this knowledge with Disha Scholarship students and provide guidance on the different options available to them, both popular and lesser-known. The Buddies can offer personalized guidance to their 6-7 students, as they are familiar with their individual strengths and areas for improvement. Mock Interviews and Group Discussions Many colleges now incorporate interviews and group discussions into their admission process. IPM students have a strong understanding of admission interviews and group discussions as they personally experience these. They have the expertise to teach these skills to Disha Scholarship Students, providing them with valuable guidance through Mock Interviews and offering suggestions for further improvement. How IPM Students can benefit Disha Scholars EY Foundation Skill-Specific Workshops Today, we are swiftly progressing towards a technology-driven world. Having a solid understanding of these technologies can provide us with a competitive advantage. Programming languages and web design are included in the IPM Curriculum, allowing IPM Students to share their knowledge with Disha Scholars in a simple and accessible way. This enables the scholars to gain a basic understanding of these languages, and IPM Students can also offer them free resources to further develop their expertise in a specific language. The curriculum covers a range of programming languages and tools, including C, R, JAVA, HTML, and Excel. Social Activities & Games Plan and coordinate interactive games, quizzes, or even debates on various topics to create an enjoyable and engaging learning experience for the Disha Scholars. As part of the IPM curriculum, students are required to take courses in Drama, Dance, and Music. This provides an opportunity for IPM students to organize sessions and competitions for Disha students, allowing them to showcase their talents and build their confidence by overcoming stage fright.
