How social economic factor influences the health of the community Living conditions. -There are some people in communities living in good conditions and having good access to health living such as good houses with hygienic surroundings. -These people are always in good health unless otherwise. -On the other hand ,in the same community there are people living in very bad conditions ,for example poor houses ,many people using one toilet and not using good water. -These people are more exposed to infectious diseases which can spread hence affecting the health of the community.

Access to healthcare -This factor affects the community in many ways; -There are many hospitals that are far from the communities hence members end up going to the with doctors and giving up . -Some pregnant women end up giving up giving birth while at home or on the way to the hospital. -In our communities rich people tend to have good needs to health care while poor people are biased.

Nutrition and food security. -Richer communities have knowledge about the importance of balanced diet and have access to good food but sometimes in well-to do communities cases of obesity and different diseases are higher because of the kinds of food they eat and the way they prepare their food. -For example, eating junk food and using a lot of spices. -In poor communities there cases of malnourished people because of lack of access to balanced diet
Cont.. Social support network If people are interacting in the community very well, they come together to meet society needs. For example in Mbiya village in Ntchisi , people were defecating in inappropriate places due to this the chief called for a meeting and reached a conclusion that every family should have a toilet They also concluded failing to do so, one was to pain a fine of two chickens. This was done immediately because of the members cooperation
