4. Mechanism of Action The birth control pill works by stopping sperm from joining with an egg . When sperm joins with an egg it's called fertilization. The hormones in the pill safely stop ovulation. No ovulation means there's no egg for sperm to fertilize, so pregnancy can't happen . Makes Vaginal fluid thicker.

5. Uses Contraception Irregular Cycle Prevents HMB Ovarian cyst is reduced with it.

7. Instructions for use Advice the patient To use it after meal Everyday at the same time Start with the white tablets for 21 days and then brown tablets in order till the end.

9. Contraindications Women with Breast Cancer. Raised Blood Pressure Depression Diabetes Liver or Renal Failure
