Three types of fertilizer Material Combination of a single fertilizer materials. Combination of an incomplete, and single fertilizer. Combination of complete, incomplete and single fertilizer.

1. Combination of a single fertilizer materials: Let us know first the following -->To easily know which of the categories does an equation belong to try to observe the given fertilizer materials. -->A fertilizer materials comprise of nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium.

Single fertilizer materials is refer to a fertilizer who has only one value. For example: >OS-(Ordinary Superphosphate)0-20-0 >KCI-( Muriate Potash)0-0-60 --> In ordinary superphospate , phosphorous is the only one who has a value which is 20%. --> Same also in KCI in which potassium is the only element who has a value which is 60%.

2.Combination of an Incomplete and single fertilizer materials -->An Incomplete fertilizer materials refers to a fertilizer who has two value. For example > DAP( Diammomium Phosphate)16-20-0

3. Combination of complete, incomplete and single fertilizer materials. For example: Complete fertilizer- 14-14-14

Solving combination of single fertilizer material. Given: >RR( recommended rate)=90+60+30 >FM( fertilizer materialas ) AS( Asmmonium sulfate)20-0-0 OS(Ordinary superphosphate)0-20-0 KCI( Muriate of potash)0-0-60 > Area= 1ha

Formula To solve the amount of FM using the combination of single fertilizer materials use the formula below; Amount of FM= RR( Kgnutrient / haxha /20trient in FM x 100.

Solving combination of complete, incomplete and single fertilizer Materials > Observe how to solve combination of complete, incomplete and single fertilizer materials using the formula below; Given: RR(Recommended rate)90+60+30 FM(Complete fertilizer) 14-14-14 ( DAP) 16-20-0 ( AS) 20-0-0 Area=1ha FM=RR( kgnutrients / haxha /nutrient in FMx100

Example Solve first the complete fertilizer. Substitute the formula with the given value. > 14-14-14= 30kgNPK/1hax1ha/14x100= 214.3 Solve for DAP substitute the formula with the given value. Use the potassium of the recommended rate. Use the value of phosphorus of DAP as % nutrient in FM. >DAP= 30kgP205/1hax1ha/20nutrient in FMx 100=150kg

Group the students into two group. Each group need to solve the following. Group 1 solve the following kg of fertilizer materials using combination of single fertilizer materials. 45kg of AS 2. 32kg of KCI Group 2 solve the following kg of fertilizer using combination of complete fertilizer 1.50kg NPK 2.40kg NPK
