Provide information regarding how you have analyzed the data that you have collected Research Process 01 03 05 04 02 Step 02 We, the researcher make a courtesy call to the principal’s office to explain the research objective. . Step 01 A letter signed by the research adviser will be prepared and addressed to the principal’s office. Step 04 Then, when they are done we collect the questionnaires. Step 03 After the principal’s approval we distribute the survey questionnaire to the respondents. Step 05 lastly, we tallied the data the we collected and we solve it using weighted mean and z-test.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION 1. What are the respondents' demographic profiles in terms of : The demographic profile of senior high school learners in Baluan National High School (BNHS) using a bar graph. Out of two-hundred (200) student-respondents, 106 or 53.00% were male while 94 or 47.00 % were female. The data manifests that there is almost an equal number of male and female senior high school students enrolled in the BNHS. At BNHS, there are two tracks available for students. Out of the total number of students, 138 or 69.00% were enrolled in the Academic Track while 62 or 31.00% were in the TVL Track. The total number of respondents is 200.

2. What are the common stressors among male and female senior high school learners in terms of the following: ACADEMIC STRESS

FAMILY STRESS

3. What are their copi ng mechanisms? GENDER

TRACK

4. Is there a significant difference between male and female in coping mechanisms?

CONCLUSION The respondents' demographic profiles were recorded based on two categories: gender and track. 2. The most significant cause of academic stress among students, regardless of their gender and academic track, is the stress caused by collaborating within their research group. 3. Students feel stressed because of their family’s financial situation. At the same time, they also feel stressed when they are compared to others, but not when they are compared to their siblings. 4. Music plays a key role in helping students cope with stress. Spending time on their phones can also play a minor role in relieving students’ stress. 5. There is no significant difference between male and female in coping mechanisms.

RECOMMENDATION 1.Researchers take a proactive approach to managing stress caused by collaborating with others in a research group. 2.When students seem it necessary to listen to music, their teachers and parents should let them do so. 3.Parents should avoid making remarks comparing their children with their peers. 4.Teachers should play a more proactive role in providing guidance so as to help ease the stress their students feel.
