2. INTRODUCTION Green Saviours is an Non-Government Organization established in 2016. They conduct plantation drives and green talks, addressing climate change and creating awareness This project introduces a web-based application that is developed for managing various activities of the Green Saviours Association. This particular project deals with taking volunteer details , arranging planting events and sending notifications for the same so that people could attend plantation drives effectively and easily. A non-profit organization that operates independently of any government, typically one whose purpose is to plant trees every Sunday.

3. The objective is to create socially interactive application for Green Saviours association to enable a link of communication and interactions among workers, volunteers and the members . Developing a database of the planting sites with status details . Facilitating Registration and developing a database of members, donors, and volunteers This project is a Web Application using MERN stack as the approach to help solve the problem of spreading awareness and maintaining a user-friendly environment.

4. EXISTIN G SYSTEM The Green Saviours association has been engaged in tree plantation and maintenance activities for over 300 consecutive Sundays since April 2016. 56k+ trees planted , 80+ plantation sites, 75+% plant survival rate and with 200+ volunteers. The planting team comprises over 50 people from 5 to 75 years of age and diverse professional backgrounds. Their existing system of communication is through WhatsApp and calls . They have created multiple WhatsApp groups for the same. They maintain records of plantations and records of nurseries in phone and files.

PROBL E M S U MMERY In the current working scenario, many NGOs are struggling with some issues mainly communication with their members, heads and volunteers while NGO are planting or planning to go for plantation . Their existing system of communication is through WhatsApp and calls. They have created multiple WhatsApp groups for the same. They maintain records of plantations and records of nurseries in phone and files . It’s Difficult to manage all the data through the files and records . Unnecessary manual work is increased .

6. PROPOSED SYSTEM Hence, we came up with our Website Application , which helps to get all the volunteers and workers at one place, through which they can communicate via notifications. This app also has a database system to store all data regarding plantation areas, nurseries and volunteers People who want to be part of Green Saviours association can register themselves as volunteers and all the details regarding the upcoming plantation drives is given through the website. Website also serves as a database system to store the details of the organisations activities. Our application revolves around managing the details of plantation areas and nurseries. Green Saviours association will get all their details of the volunteers via our application and thus a network is established between volunteers and members.

7. ARCHITECTURE Admin Module - Dashboard created to view Volunteers' details, Plantation area details, Plants details, to create notifications. Volunteer Module - A dashboard is created to view notifications, update the profile page, to add images of his plantations and similar activities. Notification module - The purpose of this module is to create notifications and send them to the volunteers. This module is a useful feature for admins

11. CONCLUSION The project’s main objective is to use the latest technology in order to help the Non-Government Organization, Green Saviours Association to spread awareness about their work and environment protection by engaging people to share their experience and inspiring many more through it.
