On Thursday, June 22, the Blythe Desert Dolphins hosted their second home swim
meet, where they competed against the Brawley Sunstrokers and the Holtville
Stingrays at the Palo Verde High School pool. The Desert Dolphins went head to
head with 34 Brawley swimmers and 13 Holtville swimmers. Making a huge
splash in the water, tough competitors from the Desert Dolphins swam hard and did

The complete treatment for adhesive capsulitis remains unclear even though

interventions include patient education, modalities, stretchingexercises, and joint
mobilizations (Kelley et al., 2009). Levine et al. stated that 89.5% of ninety eight
patients with frozen shoulderreturned well to non operative management (Kelley et
al., 2009). Reviewed studies recommend that many patients have benefited from
physical therapy and displayed reduced symptoms, increased mobility, and/or
functional improvement (Cleland et al., 2002). However, a Cochrane Review by
Green et al. says that there is, no evidence that physiotherapy alone is of benefit for
adhesive capsulitis (Green et al., 2010).
For the treatment of adhesive capsulitis, patient education is crucial in helping to
reduce frustration and encourage compliance. It is important to highlight that
although full range of motion may never be improved, the condition will
spontaneously resolve and stiffness will greatly diminish with time. It is also helpful
to give good instructions to the patient and form an appropriate home exercise
program that is easy to fulfill with because daily exercise is critical in releasing

Luke, I am Your Father The relationship between fathers and their sons is an
unbreakable bond. Every man who finds out his spouse is having a baby, wishes for a
son. All throughout history, sons carried on the family name and honor, and parts of
that honor system still remain today. This unspoken bond between father and son
leads to many other aspects of the relationship. A son feels a responsibility to care
for his father when he is ailing, because the father does the same for him. These
