9. 9 Fistula Suprasphincteric Saluran fistula ini berjalan lebih tinggi dari sfingter eksternal dan melewati otot puborektal sebelum mengubah arah kaudal ke bukaan eksternalnya .  Dengan demikian , mereka melewati sfingter internal dan otot puborektal tetapi tidak menggunakan sfingter eksternal .  C olok dubur Pertimbangkan seton, sebelum dilakukan fistulotomi .  Fistulektomi dan fistulotomy.

10. 10 Fistula Ekstrasphincteric Fistula ini sering muncul di rektum yang lebih proksimal daripada anus dan sering merupakan gejala sisa dari suatu prosedur .  Pembukaan eksternal mereka berada di daerah perianal dan salurannya mengarah ke superior untuk memasuki saluran anus di atas garis dentate.
