3. A fixture is a work-holding or support device used in the manufacturing industry. It is used to accurately manufacture duplicate parts. Reduces the requirement of skilled labour. Fixture

5. Clamping Elements: These hold the workpiece securely in the located position during the operation.

6. Tool Guiding and Setting Elements : These aid guiding of the tool in the correct position with respect to workpiece.
