Core Subject Description: This course is designed to provide the learner with the knowledge, practical skills, and attitude, applicable in performing work activities
involved in performing tasks such as constructing wood joints, wooden frameworks, and making of wooden chair and table. This includes classroom learning activities
and practical work in the actual work site or simulation area.

Culminating Performance Standard: Upon completion of the course, the learners are expected to demonstrate the above-mentioned competencies to be employed. To
obtain this, all units prescribed for this qualification must be achieved.

Performance Task: There is an online client that wants you to make a bookshelf, wooden chair, and table because this is your online business. As a Carpenter, you need to
attend to all the orders of the online clients for this furniture. You must produce quality furniture products. The output will be evaluated by the clients based on
Preparation/Time Management, Technique/Skills, Safety/Sanitation, Teamwork/Clean-up and Production.
