FLUOROMETRY BY- Mr. Rahul Assistant Professor - Corporate Institute of Pharmacy Bhopal

We will see.

INTRODUCTION The term comes from "fluorescence," which refers to the emission of light by a substance that has absorbed light, and "- metry ," meaning measurement. So, fluorometry is essentially the measurement of fluorescence.

DEFINATION Fluorometry is a technique used to measure the fluorescence (or light) emitted by a substance when it is exposed to light. It helps in identifying and quantifying different substances based on their fluorescent properties.
