Adaptation of a poem by 2nd ESO Bil. students

1. This poem appears in the Students’ textbook ‘Advanced English in Use 2’ by Burlington.

2. As a challenge, the following activity is suggested: Since the students are very brave and accept all challenges, here you can find the ideas they’ve come up with.

3. I finished all my fruits The apples tasted great! I ate a lot of bananas That mom put on my plate The watermelon was OK and the cherries were divine The melon was so-so and the strawberries were fine

5. Sunday lunch ''I finished all my meal The turkey tasted great! I ate the broccoli and sprouts That mom put on my plate. The gravy was quite greasy and the potatoes were divine. The peas were mushy and the stuffing was fine.''
