One-YearLimitedWarranty
Subjecttotheconditionsofthislimitedwarranty,ShenzhenFoxwellTechnologyCo.,Ltd
(“FOXWELL”)warrantsitscustomerthatthisproductisfreeofdefectsinmaterialand
workmanshipatthetimeofitsoriginalpurchaseforasubsequentperiodofone(1)year.
Intheeventthisproductfailstooperateundernormaluse,duringthewarrantyperiod,dueto
defectsinmaterialsandworkmanship,FOXWELLwill,atitssoleoption,eitherrepairorreplace
theproductinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsstipulatedherein.
TermsandConditions
1IfFOXWELLrepairsorreplacestheproduct,therepairedorreplacedproductshallbe
warrantedfortheremainingtimeoftheoriginalwarrantyperiod.Nochargewillbemadetothe
customerforreplacementpartsorlaborchargesincurredbyFOXWELLinrepairingorreplacing
thedefectiveparts.
2Thecustomershallhavenocoverageorbenefitsunderthislimitedwarrantyifanyofthe
followingconditionsareapplicable:
a)Theproducthasbeensubjectedtoabnormaluse,abnormalconditions,improperstorage,
exposuretomoistureordampness,unauthorizedmodifications,unauthorizedrepair,misuse,
neglect,abuse,accident,alteration,improperinstallation,orotheractswhicharenotthefaultof
FOXWELL,includingdamagecausedbyshipping.
b)TheProducthasbeendamagedfromexternalcausessuchascollisionwithanobject,orfrom
fire,flooding,sand,dirt,windstorm,lightning,earthquakeordamagefromexposuretoweather
conditions,anActofGod,orbatteryleakage,theft,blownfuse,improperuseofanyelectrical
source,ortheproductwasusedincombinationorconnectionwithotherproduct,attachments,
suppliesorconsumablesnotmanufacturedordistributedbyFOXWELL.
3ThecustomershallbearthecostofshippingtheproducttoFOXWELL.AndFOXWELLshall
bearthecostofshippingtheproductbacktothecustomerafterthecompletionofserviceunder
thislimitedwarranty.
4FOXWELLdoesnotwarrantuninterruptedorerror-freeoperationoftheproduct.Ifaproblem
developsduringthelimitedwarrantyperiod,theconsumershalltakethefollowingstep-by-step
procedure:
a)Thecustomershallreturntheproducttotheplaceofpurchaseforrepairorreplacement
processing,contactyourlocalFOXWELLdistributororvisitourwebsitewww.foxwelltech.comto
getfurtherinformation.
b)Thecustomershallincludeareturnaddress,daytimephonenumberand/orfaxnumber,
completedescriptionoftheproblemandoriginalinvoicespecifyingdateofpurchaseandserial
number.
c)Thecustomerwillbebilledforanypartsorlaborchargesnotcoveredbythislimitedwarranty.
d)FOXWELLwillrepairtheProductunderthelimitedwarrantywithin30daysafterreceiptofthe
product.IfFOXWELLcannotperformrepairscoveredunderthislimitedwarrantywithin30days,
orafterareasonablenumberofattemptstorepairthesamedefect,FOXWELLatitsoption,will
provideareplacementproductorrefundthepurchasepriceoftheproductlessareasonable
amountforusage.
e)Iftheproductisreturnedduringthelimitedwarrantyperiod,buttheproblemwiththeproductis
notcoveredunderthetermsandconditionsofthislimitedwarranty,thecustomerwillbenotified
andgivenanestimateofthechargesthecustomermustpaytohavetheproductrepaired,withall
shippingchargesbilledtothecustomer.Iftheestimateisrefused,theproductwillbereturned
freightcollect.Iftheproductisreturnedaftertheexpirationofthelimitedwarrantyperiod,
FOXWELL’normalservicepoliciesshallapplyandthecustomerwillberesponsibleforall
shippingcharges.
5ANYIMPLIEDWARRANTYOFMERCHANTABILITY,ORFITNESSFORAPARTICULAR
PURPOSEORUSE,SHALLBELIMITEDTOTHEDURATIONOFTHEFOREGOINGLIMITED
WRITTENWARRANTY.OTHERWISE,THEFOREGOINGLIMITEDWARRANTYISTHE
