Shankar Sonvani, who lives in Baloda Bazar
Bhatapara Chhattisgarh, used to work as a clerk in a
rice mill in his own city before coming to Galway
Business. While working all day to see people’s
accounts and pay factory workers their money, it was
not known when the day turned into night. There
was money to give to others, but what was received
in the name of salary was not enough for the
household expenses.

God finally gave me an opportunity. By joining

Business Insider & international magazine
Forbes, 79% of people leave any company,
business or network because they do not
receive proper appreciation, rewards and
recognition for their work or efforts. According
to this research conducted on 100,000
individuals over 10 years, when they do not
receive the praise or reward they deserve, they
break ties with that institution or business.
Some of these people are also those whose
morale is broken at the very beginning of their
work, sometimes by negative talk and
sometimes by bad ambience.
In fact, every person needs energy, reward
and recognition in their work, which we call
R.R.R. (Triple R) in Galway business. This
means recharge, reward and recognition. That

Following this path, the team of Galway Orissa has
made a beautiful dream come true and achieved a
wonderful Goa trip with Galway Tour Bonus. Where
everyone got education along with fun for 3 days in
the beautiful beach state of Goa.
The Odisha team, which arrived in Goa by flight from
the capital city of Bhubaneswar, after staying at a
magnificent hotel there, visited Baga Beach, Palolem
Beach, the splendid Portuguese architecture of Goa,
including the Basilica of Bom Jesus, Aguada Fort,
Anjuna Beach, and Cherai Beach. After the sightseeing,
they had fun and danced on a cruise. Senior leader
Mahesh Kumar, Rajesh Kumar Paswan, and Mundrika
Gope were present along with the team of GDD
Sushant Kumar Samant. Additionally, the company's
Senior General Manager, Kush Kumar, was also there
to provide education to the Odisha team.
After enjoying sightseeing for two days in the 3day
Goa trip, the third day was dedicated to training. In
which all the seniors welcomed Kush sir and
listened carefully to the leadership training
conducted by him. Rajesh Paswan ji told all
Galwians one to one, benefits of retailing and
tips to achieve target, while Mudrinka Gope
shared tips to achieve anniversary offers.

f we talk about rice in India, there are
many varieties of rice that are famous
not only for their taste but also for their
aroma around the world. Unfortunately,
these amazing qualities of rice have been
diminishing over the past few years.
According to an article published on
Indiatimes.com and ABP News website,
Sikkim holds the distinction of being the
first state in India where organic farming is
practiced extensively, covering 75
thousand hectares of land. The
government there has given full support
and banned the use of chemical fertilizers
in Sikkim.
It is said that where there is a will, there is a way. If we start organic
farming in our fields from today, then the day is not far when the wealth
and health of farmers in every state of the country will improve like the
farmers of Sikkim. In this sequence, some of Galway Krisham’s organic
products are ready to give you full support. So let’s find out that how we
can do organic farming of rice with the help of Galway Krisham products.
nFirst of all, we need to treat the soil of the field. For this, prepare a
mixture by mixing 100 to 150 kg. cow dung manure per acre with 1 liter
of GBio Phosphate Advance and keep it in shade for 24 hours and
after 24 hours, sprinkle it throughout the field and then do the
sowing.
nAfter this, to treat the rice seeds in the nursery, prepare a solution by
mixing 10 ml GBio Phosphate / 5
ml GPotash in one liter of water
and treat one kilogram of seeds
by soaking them in the solution
for 30 minutes and then sow
them after drying in shade for 30
minutes.
nAfter the plants are ready in
the nursery, soak the roots of
the plants by mixing 1 liter of
GBio Phosphate in 500 liters of
water.
nAfter this, the plants should
be transplanted.
nAfter 30 to 35 days of transplantation, use 2530 kg. nitrogen per acre
by mixing 10 kg GSEA Power/GProm Advance per acre.
nAfter 50 to 60 days of transplantation, use 250 ml GNPK by mixing 100
150 kg cow dung manure / Vermicompost / ash / loamy soil in the field.
nWhile making the bunds, spray 100 ml GSEA Liquid and 100 ml G
Bio Humic in 100 to 150 liters of
water per half acre.
nWhen the grains start forming in
