Genesis to Revelation Overview to Make Disciples

This file summarizes each book of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation derived from a blog I wrote from 2010 to 2013. The quote below from George Barna sets it up:

Like the two disciples on the road to Emmaus, our hearts will burn and minds will understand the Scriptures when we study the Law, Prophets and Psalms and now the New Testament, in consecutive order (Luke 24:27,32,44-45)

Joshua, Judges Use God’s word to build up yourself, encourage others, and see relationships restored

1 & 2 Samuel Cultivate real relationships and establish accountability
1 & 2 Kings Develop unified disciple-making and mentoring relationships
Isaiah Qualify and equip disciple-makers as coaches to restore ruined lives and cities
