Chase Bank and many more. She has always embraced a journey of life-long learning & self-discovery, and has always chartered her own career path,
holding positions in Strategy, IT, Product, Marketing, Customer Support prior to her current role at Cisco.
Lauren is committed to serving Women and Minorities in her community. She is serves on the Global Leadership Team of multiple EROs. She has served as
President of the Columbus Chapter of the National Diversity Council from 2014-2016. In 2016 she was recognized by the Council for her commitment and
contributions to raising awareness and commitment to Diversity and Inclusion initiatives across the city.
Lauren is married to a loving husband Patrick with a son Isaiah, three daughters Deyjra, Briana and Gabrielle, and two granddaughters Aniya and Ava.
