Preparation of potatoes:
Peel and
grate the
potatoes.
Put into a
sieve.

water has
drained,

MUSHROOMS
1. Brew cabbage in
salted water.
2. Put a few leaves of
cabbage on the bottom
of a saucepan, add fat.
3. Put mushrooms and
potatoes on a leaf of
cabbage and roll. Put
stuffed cabbage into a
pot with butter.
4. Bake for 3-4 hours
on low heat.
