CAMERA MOVEMENT
This is a filmmaking technique that
describes how a camera moves
about to help enhance a story.
Specific camera movements help
change the audience's view without
cutting; they can be a great way to
make your video more immersive
and engaging.

CRAB
The camera moves from
Left to Right of vice versa

TRACKING SHOT OR DOLLY SHOT
The camera is placed
on a track to let it move
toward or away from
the subject.

PANNING
The camera is
swiveled from fix
point from left to
right or vice versa to
follow a moving
subject.

BOOM
The camera is
moved upward
and downward
or vice versa.

The camera angle marks the specific location
at which the movie camera or video camera is
placed to take a shot The different camera
angles will have different effects on the viewer
and how they perceive the scene that is shot.

BIRD’S EYE VIEW
The camera is
placed on a
high place such
as tree or a roof
of a house.

ZOOM
The camera is
focused to give
a closer or
farther view of
the subject.

HIGH ANGLE
The camera is
positioned that
appears to be
looking down on the
subject to make the
subject look weak or
vulnerable.

EYE LEVEL
ANGLE
The camera is
positioned on
same level as
the subject.

LOW ANGLE
The camera is
positioned in such
a way that it
appears to be
looking up at the
subject.

DUTCH ANGLE
The camera is tilted
to one side. It helps
show the confusion
being experienced
by the subject.
