INTRODUCTION The school designs and refines rules to guide students behavior in their learning and interaction. Students are expected to comply with the rules and uphold the ALMACEN-TORREVILLAS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL students’ qualities.

SOCIAL EXPECTATIONS We are Responsible Citizens 1. Good Conduct Students will be polite and courteous at all times. They are encou-raged to greet all school staff and visitors when they meet them. b. Students will maintain proper behavior to upkeep the good image of themselves and the school at all times.

c. Students will be properly attired at all times to upkeep the good image of themselves and the school. d. Students will do their best to cultivate the following qualities reflected in our school mission.

2. SPEECH Students are to speak respectfully, vulgarities in any language are strictly forbidden.

3. Service to School and the community: Students will do good deeds both within and outside school so as to cultivate the spirit of service to others. b. Students are encouraged to volunteer their services to the school and the community whenever possible.

4. Respect for Authority: When consequences are meted out to student offenders, they are encouraged to accept it graciously and learn from their mistakes. They will appreciate the spirit in which the action is taken. Grievances, if any should be expressed in the proper manner and through proper channels.

b. Personal property must be respected. It is important for all students to trust one another and feel safe in school. c. Students will treat one another with respect in both speech and action.

5. Active Involvement a. Students will participate actively in all school events and programs.

FOR GRADE 7 AND TRANSFERES : NSO, REPORT CARD PARENTS ARE HEREBY INFORMED THAT FAILURE TO SUBMIT THESE DOCUMENTS UPON ENROLMENT MEANS YOUR STUDENT IS ONLY TEMPORARILY ENROLLED . YOU ARE ALSO HEREBY REQUIRED TO SIGN THE AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING. PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT THE LEARNER CANNOT BE OFFICIALLY PROMOTED TO A HIGHER GRADE LEVEL OR BE RECOGNIZED FOR ACADEMIC HONORS AND THE SCHOOL SHALL NOT RELEASE OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS. FOR the OLD (CONTINUING) STUDENTS: REPORT CARD Students with NO NSO/PSA copy of birth of the previous is REQUIRED to submit during the early part of the School Year for validation and verification of the personal information of the student vis-a-vis his/her schoolofficial record.

HEALTH PROTOCOLS HEALTH PROTOCOL DURING SCHOOL VISIT THINGS TO FOLLOW AND OBSERVE IN SCHOOL 03

1. Wearing of face masks is mandatory and it should be worn properly at all times when inside the premises of the school 2. Follow the healthy protocols upon entering the school a. Washing of hands upon entrance at the handwashing facility b. Checking of body temperature c. Filling out of Health Declaration Form

3. If the student, or any visitor, who is NOT feeling well, DO NOT come to school. STAY at HOME. 4. EVERYONE is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to observe PHYSICAL DISTANCING at all times

For this School Year, the total number of school days is 203 days . Student’s attendance is checked daily since we are adopting the 5-day in person classes.

Ang pagpamurga o deworming gibuhat kini aron malikayan nga ang mga estudyante bitokon nga maoy usa sa hinungdan nga siya malnourished. Sa dili pa ihatag ang purga, hatagan ssa Parent’s Consent form ang bata.

Ang pagpamakuna o vaccine batok sa COVID-19 kay gi-encourage nga ipatuman aron mas mapanalipdan kita batok sa mga worst symptoms sa maong sakit. Mao giawhag ang kadaghanan sa pagsanong niini.

SOURCE: DEPED MEMO NO 48, S. 2021 The Philippines’ current literacy rate is high but the World Vision Development Foundation and the Department of Education say no Filipino should be left behind in terms of reading and comprehension especially at this time. Brigada Pagbasa is a movement that also seeks to who can read and improve their comprehension. It is an offshoot of Brigada Eskwela — an annual schools maintenance activity initiated by DepEd and done nationwide with the help of various sectors and individuals who volunteer to do the work, including repairs and cleanup.

Parents and students are REQUIRED to MAINTAIN A VEGETABLE GARDEN at HOME to ensure that learners are eating nutritious food. School’s SUGBUSOG Program will also be evaluated. Students and parents will be requested to bring seedlings, manure, soil, etc. for this.
