3. Business pitch : green hydro hub – india as the clean energy exporter Problem (International issues) The world is dependent on fossil fuel ( oil , coal , gas). This causes climate change , rising fuel prices , and energy insecurity. India imports -85% of its crude oil , costing billions of dollar yearly. Countries need a clean , sustainable , affordable energy alternative .

4. Solution (business Idea) Set up India as a “Green Hydrogen Hub”. Green Hydrogen is produced by splitting water using renewable energy(solar , wind). Export green hydrogen to countries transitioning from fossil fuel(Japan , EU, South Korea). Also use it domestically for transport , industries, and power plants.

5. Business model Production units: hydrogen power plant by solar/wind farms. Distribution: storage + transport system (pipelines , tankers). Revenue streams: Export contract with foreign governments and industries. Domestic sales to industries( steel , cement , transport). Partnership with energy companies(Reliance , Tata powers , Adani).

6. Impact Economic : Saves billions on oil imports; creates 1 million + jobs in renewable sector. Environmental : Zero carbon emission– helps global climate targets. 7. Scalability Phrase 01 : Starts with costal plains ( Gujarat , Tamil Nadu). Phrase 02 : Expand with desert- based solar plants(Rajasthan). Phrase 03 : Export through long-term international contracts.

8. Why India? Abundant sunlight + wind resources . Strong IT+ engineering workforce. Government push(National Green Hydrogen Mission 2023). Cheap renewable energy compared to other nations.
