DEFINITION - This plaster is a textured plaster done in two layers in panels with grooves as per pattern with different type of stone chipping 10 mm. nominal size. Min thickness is 30mm. COMPOSITION – ( 1 cement : 0.5 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping (10 MM nominal size . ) Stones- D holpur & Kotastone . TYPES OF GRIT PLASTER- Depend upon types of stone chips. PROPERTIES- MOISTURE RESISTANCE - High DURABILITY - High durability TERMITE RESISTANT - Good ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS- Good FINISHING RESULTS - Good Textured Finish Grit finish plaster

APPLICATIONS - PROCEDURE OF APPLICATION- 1 st LAYER- 12 mm cement plaster in 1: 4 Ratio. 2 nd LAYER- 1:0.5: 2 ( 1 cement : 0.5 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping ( 10 MM nominal size. ) Stones- Dholpur & Kotastone . USES- ARCHITECTURAL- Exterior finish of buildings. Residential, Commercial building, Intuitional buildings NON-ARCHITECTURAL- Landscape Elements Like feature wall boundary wall, Pathways. BEST SUITED FOR- Public Buildings.

RATES - Grit Plaster - 270 RS./ sqm . Groove - 20.50 Rs/Run m. A DVANTAGES- Requires Low maintenance. acoustical absorption DISADVANTAGES- It cant be use in interior because of texture finish.

DEFINITION - Brickwork is masonry produced by a bricklayer, using bricks  tile and  mortar. Typically, rows of bricks in courses are laid one on top of another. COMPOSITION – B rick tile230mmx115mm x40 mm ) Cement mortar – (1:3-1:5) P ATTERN IN BRICK TILE – English bond, Flemish Bond , other Patterns. PROPERTIES- MOISTURE RESISTANCE - Good DURABILITY - High durability TERMITE RESISTANT - Good ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS - Moderate Resistant FINISHING RESULTS - Good reddish brown Texture Finish BRICK tile cladding 115 230 4

APPLICATIONS - PROCEDURE OF APPLICATION- 1 st LAYER- 10 mm base cement plaster in 1 : 3-1:4 Ratio. 2 nd LAYER-Queen closer of Brick tile (230mmx57.5mmx40mm) USES- ARCHITECTURAL- Exterior finish of buildings. Residential, Commercial building, Intuitional buildings. NON-ARCHITECTURAL- Landscape Elements Like feature wall boundary wall, Pathways. BEST SUITED FOR- Public Buildings in plain areas. 57.5 230 4

RATES - Brick tile cladding -320 RS ./ sqm .. A DVANTAGES- Requires Low maintenance. acoustical absorption DISADVANTAGES- It is not good in interior because of texture finish.

DEFINITION - Stone cladding  is a thin layer of stone or simulated stone applied to a surface of building. TYPES OF STONES – Stone cladding

PROPERTIES- MOISTURE RESISTANCE - Good DURABILITY - High durability TERMITE RESISTANT - H igh ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS - High Resistant FINISHING RESULTS - Smooth & textured as/ stone

APPLICATIONS - PROCEDURE OF APPLICATION- 1 st LAYER- 10 mm base cement plaster in 1 : 3-1:4 Ratio. 2 nd LAYER- Stone panel as/ Spcs . USES- ARCHITECTURAL- Exterior & interior finish of buildings. Residential, Commercial building, Instuitional buildings. NON-ARCHITECTURAL- Landscape Elements Like feature wall boundary wall , bird bath Pathways & fire place. BEST SUITED FOR- interior & exterior both

RATES - Rough stone -320 RS ./ sqm . Local stone - Polished stone - A DVANTAGES- Requires Low maintenance. Easy to clean. Good appearance. Cheap in hilly areas. DISADVANTAGES- costly in Plain areas ,
