CULTURE - encompasses our way of life, including the customs, traditions, and values we inherit and pass on. It involves material and nonmaterial elements, like art, music, literature, and social norms, transmitted from generation to generation. It is essentially the collective expression of how we think and do things, shaping how we view and interact with the world. Cultures may vary greatly among other regions and nations. People from other countries are characterized by the social norms that are specific to them. Types of Culture

CULTURE MATERIAL and NON-MATERIAL - these are the two main segments of culture. Material Culture refers to the physical aspects of society.
