Mushrooms are Rich in Protein, Dietary Fiber, Vitamins and Minerals, Moderate Carbohydrate and Less Lipid. Mushroom is considered to be a Complete, Healthy and Low Calorie Food that is suitable for all Age Groups and occupy a Place between Meat and Vegetables.
