A period when boys and girls begin to undergo the process of sexual maturity. Girls usually hits puberty earlier than boys. Girls starts at 10-14 years old Boys starts at 12-16 years old Puberty

The growth and changes in adolescence are controlled by the endocrine system Glands that produce hormones for stimulating growth Endocrine Gland
