HOW DO WE DISTINGUISH PSYCHITRIC ILLNESS FROM ORGANIC History/symptoms: VIA TOPP (visual hallucinations, incontinence, ataxia, tempreture/fever, olfactions, pupilary dilataion/constriction, planters upgoing) Physical examination Investigation
