2. HIV 2 Verification on Bio Rad Geenius Accuracy: We were going to test 3 Wadsworth samples and 3 spiked samples (total 6). Sample type- Serum, PC and NC passed Spike process: Let all samples thaw. Take 3ul non-reactive serum sample (Architect) and add 4ul reactive serum sample (from the Wadsworth). Vortex for 30 secs. Use it for testing.
