GIVE ENOUGH TIME TO BOTH TEACHERS AND LEARNERS TO PREPARE AND FINISH THEIR TASKS. DECONGESTION OF MORNING AND AFTERNOON ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL. 4. Why is the schedule of classes reaching 1:15 for the AM shift and 8:45 for the PM shift? BECAUSE OF THE ADDITIONAL MINUTES REQUIRED OF MATATAG CURRICULUM LIKE: THE ADDITIONAL TIME SLOT FOR NMP OR NATIONAL MATHEMATICS PROGRAM THAT INCLUDES TO THE HOMEROOM TEACHER/MATH TEACHER 45 MINUTES PER SUBJECT FOR MATATAG CURRICULUM UNIFORM CLASS PROGRAM FROM GRADE 7-10 AND SHS, WHICH IS THE ESP AND AP HAD THEIR OWN TIME SLOTS UNLIKE BEFORE ( ESP 2X A WEEK AND AP 3X A WEEK SHARED THE SAME TIME SLOTS) DOUBLE SHIFTING CLASSES DUE TO LACK OF CLASSROOMS
What are precautionary measures of school to ensure the safety of learners during dismissal at night? Answer: Before the implementation of Blended Learning, school already anticipated the scenario of the arrival and dismissal of learners. The following are the task force helping the smooth flow of the arrival and dismissal of learners: PTA volunteers helping the learners PNP assistance Brgy . ZERO PLASTIC AND ZERO WASTE MANAGEMENT IN SCHOOL Schools shall ensure the strict implementation of the banning of single-use plastics as a single-use plastics avoidance and solid waste minimization strategy, pursuant to the National Solid Waste Management Commission (NSWMC) Resolution No. 1363, s. 2020 titled “Resolution Directing the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) to Prepare and Implement the Banning of the Use of Unnecessary Single-Use Plastics by National Government Agencies (NGAs), Local Government Units (LGUs) Offices and all other Government Controlled Offices.” In accordance with NSWMC Resolution, the following materials are considered as unnecessary single-use plastics: a. Plastic cups, f. Styrofoam or polystyrene food containers, b. Plastic drinking straws, g.Thin plastic food containers, c. Plastic coffee stirrers, h. Multi-layer packaging, d. Plastic spoons, forks and knives, i. Plastic water bottles, and e. Plastic labo and sando bags, j. Bio/ oxo degradable plastics.
REMINDERS 1. LEARNERS SHOULD WEAR PRESCIBED UNIFORM AND SCHOOL IDS FROM GRADE 7–12. Grade 7: Green Lace Grade 8: Yellow Lace GRADE 9 BLUE LACE Grade 10: Red Lace Grades 11 Orange Grade 12 Lavender 2. LGBT SHOULD SEEK PERMISSION TO SCHOOL PRINCIPAL REGARDING WEARING OF UNIFORM IF NO PERMISSION, STICK TO WHAT IS PRESCRIBED 3. WEARING A BODY BAG IS ALSO ENCOURAGED TO ALL LEARNERS FOR THEIR PERSONAL BELONGINGS SAFETY LIKE CP AND MONEY. 4. AFTERNOON SHIFT LEARNERS SHOULD BE IN SCHOOL FOR 20 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF CLASSES TO AVOID BLOCKAGE OF THE EXIT OF MORNING SHIFT LEARNERS.
OTHER MATTERS a. Glass stickers for windows instead of curtains (the design should be decided by the whole SPTA) b. wall and ceiling fans instead of stand fans c. Rubberized paint for the floor instead of floor wax d. Extension wire for electric fan and TV e. If the homeroom officers decide to repaint the room, stick to the original color or seek the assistance of the maintenance or SPTA. Suggested materials to donate from homeroom parents:

SCHEDULE
HPTA ELECTION BASIC GUIDELINES 1. Ang PTA Election ay gaganapin ng face to face. 2. Ito ay gaganapin sa loob ng 30 days pagkatapus ng pasukan . 3. Dadaluhan ng mga magulang at guardian( Magpakita ng papeles sa adviser) na may lehitimong nakaenrol na mag- aaral . 4. Ang homeroom election ay pangungunahan ng tagapayo o section adviser bilang presiding officer. 5. Sisimulan ang election pagkatapos na magtala ng attendance ang tagapayo . Magpapakilala ang guro sa mga magulang maaring magkaroon ng paunang pagpupulong ang guro tungkol mahahalagang requirements ng bawat asignatura , schedule ng klase , grading system at iba pa. 6. Ang HPTA ay gagamit ng secret ballot o balota upang bomoto . Maghahanda ang adviser ng 1/8 na papel upang gamitin ng bawat magulang / o magbibigay ang ELECOM ng mga balota na gagamitin .
HPTA ELECTION BASIC GUIDELINES 7. Ang batayan ng PTA election ay hinango sa D.O .13 s. 2022 or “ OMNIBUS GUIDELINE ON THE REGULATION OF OPERATIONS OF PARENT- TEACHER ASSOCIATIONS 8. Ang mga position sa HPTA ay ang mga sumusunod : Pangulo (President), Pangalawang Pangulo ( Vice President) Kalihim , (Secretary) Ingat-Yaman (Treasurer) at Tagasuri (Auditor). 9. Ang eleksyon ay sisimulan pagkatapus maihayag ng tagapayo (adviser ang mga panuntunan ng election.) 10. Ang tagapayo ay maaring magtalaga ng katuwang na magulang na hindi intresadong tumakbo sa anumang posisyon na magsisilbing member ng HPTA eleksyon.Gayundin sa magsisilbing kalihim na magtatala ng resulta ng HPTA eleksyon .
HPTA ELECTION BASIC GUIDELINES 11. Ang gagamitin sa proseso ng eleksyon ay parliamentary: 11.1 Sisimulan ang HPTA eleksyon sa nomination, close the nomination and second the motion. 11.2. Balota ang gagamitin o malinis na papel . Babasahin ng adviser ang nakasulat sa balota at itatala ng magulang na nakatalaga sa blackboard. 12. Dahil ang term of office ng SPTA-BOD ay 2 years lamang , ang mga dating opisyales nakapagsilbi na ng 2 taon sa SPTA-BOD mapa JHS o Elementary ay dini -discourage na tumakbo sa partikular na position sa HPTA election (D..O 13 s, 2022 11.5.2) dahil sila ay madidisqualify sa GrPTA at SPTA eleksyon .
HPTA ELECTION BASIC GUIDELINES 13. In case of tie between 2 candidates the winner shall be selected by a toss coin. 14.No Proxy voting. 15. Ang resulta ng eleksyon ay pinal na kapag sila ay nadeklara na ng tagapayo . 16. Ang resulta ng eleksyon ay itatala sa mga ibibigay na forms ng PTA ELECOM. 17. Ito ay ipapasa sa mga nakatalagang Year Level Coordinator/ Chairman. 18. Ang HPTA ay gaganapin sa loob ng isang oras lamang . 19. Pagkatapos ng eleksyon , ang mga nahalal na Pangulo at tagapayo ay pupunta sa Phase III Function Hall upang dumalo sa GrPTA Eleksyon sa magkaparehong araw at alinsunod sa oras sa memorandum.
GrPTA Basic Guidelines Pagkatapos ng HPTA ang dadalo dito ay mga nahalal na Pangulo at tagapayo ng bawat pangkat o section. Katulad ng HPTA ang mga position ay ang mga sumusunod : -President, Vice president, Secretary, Treasurer at magiging GrPTA-CoR or GrPTA –Council of Representatives including teachers. 3. Ang ELECOM sa GrPTA ay binubuo ng 2 Class adviser ng bawat Grade Level ( Pls refer to school memorandum) at 4 na magulang sa bawat grade level. 4. Ang eleksyon ay pamamahalaan ng nakatalagang Head Teacher Year o Grade Level Chairman.
GrPTA Basic Guidelines 5. Pagkatapos magtala at maglahad ng mga panuntunan ang ELECOM,ang eleksyon ay sisimulan na sa pamamagitan ng nominasyon , close the nomination and second the motion. 6. Katulad ng HPTA, ang election ay gagamitan ng balota . 7. Ang ELECOM ang magtatala ng score ng bilang ng boto. Maaring sa gumamit ng powerpoint or excel sa tallying ng mga boto or tally board gamit ang cartolina o manila paper. 8. Ang gurong ELECOM ang magsisilbing presiding officer during electoral process ng GrPTA . 9. Ang resulta ng eleksyon ay validated ng ELECOM at sila ang maglalahad ng mga nagwagi . 10. Ang mga mahahalal na GrPTA-CoR ang dadalo sa gaganaping eleksyon ng SPTA sa August 29, 2024, Miyerkules , 8:00ng umaga kinabukasan . 11. No Proxy Voting.
SPTA ELECTION BASIC GUIDELINES Ito ay dadaluhan ng GrPTA-CoR or GrPTA Council of Representatives mula sa Grade 7-12 kasama ang mga kintataan ng guro . Ang SPTA –BOD is composed of GrPTA –Council of Representatives and teacher representatives to the BOD. The SPTA Officers- The SPTA-BOD shall elect from among themselves the following set of Officers: Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer 3. SPTA EXECOM Officers composed of Chairman or Concurrent President, Vice Chairman (concurrent Vice-President, and Secretary as SPTA –EXECOM. 4. Pagkatapos magtala at maglahad ng mga panuntunan at ELECOM,ang eleksyon ay sisimulan na sa pamamagitan ng nominasyon , close the nomination, motion to close and second the motion. 5. In case of a tie between 2 candidates the winner shall be selected by a toss coin. 6. No Proxy voting.
SPTA ELECTION BASIC GUIDELINES 7. As integrated school, business manager and auditor may be appointed from among the SPTA members through a resolution, as it may deemed necessary or as may be provided its by-Laws. 8. The announcement of winners will be done by the ELECOM, followed by the oath taking and turnover of the outgoing SPTA President. The presiding officer during the election of HPTA and GrPTA officers shall submit to the school head the following documents within 48 hours from the date of the election: Approved minutes of election meeting.
