Prescription Analysis The patient was administered with Pregnancy 32 weeks & cough . So , she was given Ferozi -cl . This medicine is indicated for the treatment and prophylaxis of iron, folic acid and zinc deficiency, specially during pregnancy and lactation. Corabon -D is also used as suppliment in case of inadequate intake of calcium in childhood diet, rickets, pregnancy and lactation. Aristovit -B is safe to use Vitamin-B complex in pregnancy and lactation. Pantonix 20 mg (proton pump inhibitor) was given maintain acidity. It should be used during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus . Monas 10 mg was used to control and prevent symptoms caused by asthma (such as cough and shortness of breath). Azyth 500 mg (azithromycin) was given in relieving cough may be anti inflammatory effect both systemically and locally within the airway. This drug may also be safe use in pregnancy. .

Conclusion After 1 month of hospital training, I came to learn about how to dispense medicines to the patients, how to inject injections to them, how to handle trauma and emergency cases, I also learn about dealing with hospital conditions like diseases of the patients, wards, staff members, different department, etc.
Recommendations They should update their hospitals' software and systems to achieve client satisfaction by resulting in fully automated healthcare activities. The number of hospital personnel should be increased. For effective operations, the billing department requires more experienced personnel. Officials who work in Customer Service should be adequately trained. Because they are sometimes unable to provide appropriate responses to customer inquiries. To supervise a specific hospital internship trainer for pharmacy and medical students.
