7. Prescription Analysis The patient was administered with Pregnancy 32 weeks & cough . So , she was given Ferozi -cl . This medicine is indicated for the treatment and prophylaxis of iron, folic acid and zinc deficiency, specially during pregnancy and lactation. Corabon -D is also used as suppliment in case of inadequate intake of calcium in childhood diet, rickets, pregnancy and lactation. Aristovit -B is safe to use Vitamin-B complex in pregnancy and lactation. Pantonix 20 mg (proton pump inhibitor) was given maintain acidity. It should be used during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus . Officials who work in Customer Service should be adequately trained. Because they are sometimes unable to provide appropriate responses to customer inquiries.
