PARTS OF THE BAR Front Bar - The front bar is the customer area, where they order their drinks and where the drinks are served. Back Bar - The back bar has a double function: the decorative function of storage. It is the area where bottles of liquor & rows of sparkling glassware are displayed. Under Bar - The under bar is the heart of the entire beverage operation and deserves the most careful attention to its design.
