Details: Cisco Calling Plan
Partners and customers get Webex calling services and support from one provider, with easy trials and setup. Cisco Calling Plans,
available via CCW or Control Hub, include various products and services.
•Outbound Calling Plans (OCPs) to make unlimited calls within those countries where Cisco Calling Plans is available (subject to
Limitations of Use policy)
•Committed OCPs are purchased via CCW and match the length of the Webex Calling subscription. Each Cisco Calling Plan customer
needs at least one OCP. Costs are based on the price, amount, and billing period, with partial charges for mid-month purchases.
•Uncommitted OCPs are ordered through Control Hub and have a higher price than committed OCPs, but no long-term commitment
is required. Charges for uncommitted OCPs are calculated by multiplying the price, quantity, and per-day rate. The quantity of
uncommitted OCPs is the number of OCPs provisioned in Control Hub exceeding the number of OCPs purchased in CCW.
•Telephone Numbers (TNs) for incoming calls are managed through Control Hub. Costs are based on the price, number of TNs, and
daily rate. TNs also allow for emergency service address registration and caller ID name setup.
•Inbound Toll Free (IBTF) numbers for the US and Canada are set up via Control Hub. Costs include a base fee per number with 250
minutes, a one-time setup charge, and an additional per-minute fee for any minutes over the included 250.Charges for international
calls are calculated by multiplying the per-minute originating country rate for the destination country and number of call minutes.
International calls are billed in the month following usage.
•Cisco Calling Plan Services are serviced by the Cisco affiliates authorized to provide them.
