10. TRANSPORT ORDER ENTRY FORM A simple order entry form - easy to use and easy to understand. Correct entries here simplifies the rest of the business process whether planning, invoicing or paying drivers their incentives.

11. PLANNING THE TRIP Planning and assigning trucks to each delivery job is easy. Select the truck and driver name is automatically displayed Select the date you want the driver to start the transport Click on “Plan” and that’s it !!

12. UPDATING THE TRUCK ACITIVITIES Updating the truck/driver and job activities is easy: Select the job to update info i.e. pick/drop quantity, DO number etc. etc. Select the activity, key in the date /time Click “Add Activity” and that’s it !!

13. MDT (MOBILE DATA TERMINAL) DEVICE Instead of manually updating information, you may install our MDT and have the driver send back data
