2. INTRODUCTION
Objectives:
To Evaluate Smart Campus Performance
To Examine the Relationship Between Human Capital Readiness and Smart
Campus Performance
To Determine the Impact of Human Capital Readiness on Individual
Performance Perception
To Provide Insights for Higher Education Institutions
Methodology: Quantitative methods through surveys distributed to lecturers
and education staff at Defense University, and SPSS for data analysis.
Finding: readiness of human resources has a positive and significant impact on
the performance of the Smart Campus program.

3. STRENGTHS
The survey questionnaire was filled out by 738 lecturers and education
staff at Defense University, ensuring a significant sample size for the
study.
The research addresses the necessity of universities to adapt to the era
of the industrial revolution 4.0 by becoming Smart Campuses, highlighting
the relevance and timeliness of the topic.
The study emphasizes the positive and significant effects of human
resources' willingness on the performance of the Smart Campus program,
indicating practical implications for institutions undergoing digital
transformation.

4. WEAKNESSES
Lack of specific details on the exact skills and knowledge areas
that need improvement for Industry 4.0 readiness.
Limited discussion on potential challenges faced by individuals in
the digital transformation process.
Absence of information on the strategies or programs
implemented to enhance human capital readiness for the Smart
Campus initiative.
