HVAC ENGINEER

OBJECTIVE:
To pursue a career in the field of Mechanical Engineering and become a successful

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION :
B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering) from the Recognized university.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Refrigeration &
Air-conditioning engineering (1996-1999) from Board of Technical
Education, Tamilnadu, India.
PROFILE QUALIFICATIONS :
14 years Experienced as HVAC Engineer with strong background in the HVAC field.
·Study of civil and MEP plans.
· Study of Contractual, structural, architectural, Combined services Drawing
and Site survey.
· Review contract scope of work and specifications.
·Attending Site meeting between main contractor, consultant, client and all
project engineers.
·Coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants and MEP team.
·Preparing design, shop and As built drawing using ASHREA and SMACNA
standards.
·Preparing the Coordination drawing between various contractors (electrical,
plumbing, fire fighting and false ceiling).
·Preparation of the variations, clarifying the same with the consultant and
getting the approval.
·Preparation of Bill of quantities and cost estimation.
·Strength negotiation with Vendors, Contractors and Suppliers to ensure
project erection within Stipulated budget.

2. ·Organizing material required for Project and good inventory plan.
·Streamline the system and procedures for effective inventory control to
ensure availability of Materials to meet the targets.
·Interfacing with materials department to prepare procurement plan as per
needs to complete the project.
·Manpower planning besides developing and monitoring the performance of
the Contract workers.
·Make arrangements for Contract Laborers & controlling them in line with
project progress.
·Preparation of agreements, running bills and amendments.
·Preparation related budget and exact schedule of work with team strength.
·Interacting and co-coordinating with site execution team for issuing of
materials, consumable and drawings as per priorities, in order to achieve
planned and targeted progress.
·Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly progress reports, maintaining track of
day to day activities of each person.
·Testing & commissioning of system.
