2. 1. Project Manager Presence Feedback: The project manager should be physically present on-site at Hyundai premises to ensure effective project management and coordination. TTL Input: As confirmed during the meeting, TTL will ensure the project manager is present at Hyundai premises for at least the first three months of the project, during the delivery phase, and whenever their intervention is required.

3. 2. Documentation of Technological Changes Feedback: Any technological changes or suggestions should be clearly documented and communicated to all stakeholders. TTL Input: New technology changes are currently not considered, but we will extend and add features using the same technology, such as: - NGX Bootstrap - PrimeNG - Nebular - Clarity Design System - NG-ZORRO - Angular Flex Layout - Angular Animations

4. 3. Project Timeline and Phases Feedback: A detailed project timeline should be outlined, broken down into specific phases, to ensure a clear understanding of project milestones and deadlines. TTL Input: First Approach: If required, we will deliver this project in two phases. The first phase will focus on delivering the customer journey, and the second phase will develop the admin module. Second Approach: If needed, we will work with two development teams simultaneously to expedite development and deliver all functionalities in one go as shared in the PPT.

5. 4. Experienced UI/UX Team Feedback: The UI/UX team should comprise members with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the field to ensure high-quality output. TTL Input: We have experienced UI/UX professionals who have worked with us for many years and have successfully delivered projects. We commit to providing dedicated and professional UI/UX personnel to ensure high-quality project outcomes.

6. 5. Team Composition and Skills Feedback: A comprehensive list of employees, along with their relevant experience and skills, should be shared with the project team. 10. 9. Security Compliance Feedback: For security purposes, please confirm whether you have secure access to the codebase, database, and project documents. TTL Input: We suggest two options to fulfill the security compliance: 1. HAEI/HMI should provide their laptops to the project team to ensure all project code and documents are secured and not accessible outside the premises, following HMC norms. 2. HMI/HAEI should provide image installation on project team laptops to ensure compliance with HMC security rules.
